1. Am I able to place an order for “Low Quantity” items?

Yes, low quantity (Orange font) refers to stocks below 50 pcs.
You are able to submit your order if the available stock level is able to fulfil.  
If your order quantity exceeds the available stock level, it cannot be submitted & processed.
You may opt for an alteration of size (Eg. Alter the size from L to M) or contact our customer service team to seek for solutions.

2. What are the solutions for “Out of Stock” items?

Option 1: 
If you are able to accept a shirt alteration from a bigger size, you may specify the item code, size & quantity that you would like to order in the "remark" column. 

Option 2:
You can refer to the Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) for our restocks & contact our customer service team to proceed the order and wait for shipment to arrive.

Option 3:
Place a pre-order with us (Kindly contact our customer service team for more details)

3. If I choose to have the shirt altered from a bigger size due to an “Out of Stock” situation, will all the measurements of the shirt be the same as the original size?

Kindly refer to our Shirt Alteration Guide
Please take note there will be a slight measurement difference of (+/-5%).

4. May I know what are the chest & pen pockets position & size?

Kindly refer to our Pockets Dimension & Position Guide.
If you wish to have your own pocket size or shape, you may contact us for more details.

5. Does Ultifresh provide “Change Label” services?

Yes, there are 2 options available. Either option will be charged at RM0.20/pc. 

Option 1:
Change to normal size label (Provided by Ultifresh without any brand logo).

Option 2: 
Change to your own brand label (Provided by customer).

6. Does Ultifresh provide packing of shirt service?

Yes, we do provide this service & supply the individual OPP bag at RM0.30/pc. You may select the option “Individual Packing” at the add-on service part in the shopping cart page.

7. What is the minimum order to get a Free Delivery?

Ultifresh offers free deliveries for any purchases worth RM400 & above in West Malaysia!
West Malaysia

Free Delivery : RM400 worth of purchases
RM6 : 1kg & below
RM8.50 : Less than RM400 worth of purchases

East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak)

Depends on the destinations & the parcel weight.

You may refer to the estimated weight & delivery fees at the checkout page.

The exact delivery fee is billed on a separate invoice & will be sent to you by our customer service team or sales representative. 

8. What is Ultifresh daily order cut-off time?

Weekday (Mon-Fri)
Order by: 2.30pm
Payment received by: 3.30pm

Weekend (Sat)
Order by: 10am
Payment received by: 10.30am

Order & payment received before the cut off time, will be delivered out on the same working day.

Order received after the cut off time & on non-working days, will be delivered out on the next working day.

9. When can I expect to receive my goods via courier?

Based on our courier’s schedule, you will expect to receive your goods within 1-2 days from the date of delivery. 

We will send you the courier’s consignment note for easy tracking.

10. Am I able to collect the goods from your office?

Sure, you may collect your goods from our JB HQ or KL Branch at Puchong.

Kindly follow our Self-Collection Time Slots.

11. How can I request a claim for my order?

All goods sold are non-refundable.

An admin fee of 10% may be imposed for any exchange of goods or cancellation of order.

All goods altered, embroidered, printed, washed or worn are strictly non-exchangeable.

Any claims for damages or shortages must be made in writing to us within 7 days upon receiving of your goods.

Please inform our customer service team for any exchange of goods. We will check & approve before accepting any request.
